PubMed-NCBI Search Tool

Project Overview

This is a command line utility written in Go during a hackathon at the University of Colorado Biofrontiers Institute that allows the user to query biotechnology information from the National Center of Biotechnology Information. It can be used to find PubMed IDs and query the Single Nucleotide Polymorphism Database.
